Objective of the Service
The aim and objective of the Cleaning Service is to enable provision of a clean and tidy environment so as to minimize the risk to public health and disruption to the operation.
Function and Scope
The Cleaning Service will cover all buildings and will incorporate the following activities:-
- Buildings glass facades.
- Kitchen equipment’s.
- Carpet cleaning.
- Water tanks cleaning.
- Routine planned cleaning at defined frequencies.
- Reactive cleaning to attend to spillages and soiling on an ad hoc basis.
- Deep clean services where required.
- Cleaning following maintenance, repair and replacement activities.
Waste management
Objective of the Service
The aim and objective of the waste management service is to ensure that general waste will be removed from areas within the accommodation on a daily basis and stored in a designated area and delivered to a government licensed waste disposal company.
Catering Services
Objective of the Service
The aim and objective of the Catering Service is to provide a range of food and beverages to meet the hygienic needs and provide good customer choice to Staff, and visitors.
Function and Scope
- Cost efficient, quality driven Catering Services that achieve the optimum standards of catering.
- A responsive service that meets the Service Response Times and Service Planned Times detailed within the Catering Services Level Specification.
- A safe environment and safe working practices with management systems that ensure the Catering Services comply with Law, Policies and Good Industry Practice.
- Provision of all Catering supplies, consumables, and transport required to provide the Catering Service and meet the requirements of the Catering Service Level Specification.
